1. The calls are provided for accountability, coaching, education and general guidance only.
2. Any advice, ideas or feedback shared during the calls should not be considered legal, financial, medical, psychological or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results.
3. Dan Moore / Accountability Accelerator does not guarantee any specific business, financial, personal or other outcome. Your results depend on your own circumstances, decisions, effort and implementation.
4. You may hear other members discuss personal, business or commercially sensitive information. Please respect the privacy of other participants and do not share their information outside the group without permission.
5. While members are asked to respect confidentiality, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group environment.
6. Please do not share passwords, financial information, private customer data or other highly sensitive information during a group call.
7. If you miss a scheduled weekly call for any reason, this does not entitle you to a refund, credit, replacement call or replacement 1-to-1 coaching session.
8. If Accountability Accelerator is provided on a recurring subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation will prevent future subscription payments from being taken.
9. You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial sign-up date, provided you have not attended or participated in an Accountability Accelerator live call during that period.
10. Once you have attended or participated in a live call, the 7-day refund option no longer applies. Refunds will also not be provided for missed calls, unused programme access or failure to participate, except where required by applicable law.
11. After the initial 7-day refund period, cancelling your subscription will not result in a refund of payments already made. You will continue to have access to the programme until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless otherwise stated.
12. The host may remove a participant from a call or the programme for disruptive, abusive, inappropriate or harmful behaviour.
13. Calls may be recorded for training, member access or programme purposes. Where applicable, participants will be informed that a call is being recorded. If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you should keep your camera and microphone off or leave the recorded session.
14. Anything you choose to share during a call is shared voluntarily and at your own discretion.
15. By attending a weekly call, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
